Casement
The cast aluminum housing is compact, lightweight, and durable. The motor and control panel are made of impact-resistant plastic. Lift Motor
Three-phase asynchronous motor with pole-changing and cylindrical rotor, Class F insulation.

Brake
Type FD electromechanical disc brakes ensure quick and safe stopping in any operating mode. The lift brakes are equipped with a dust-protecting ring for increased durability and performance.

Gearbox
Three-stage parallel-shaft gearbox with hardened helical gears made of alloy steel, ensuring extremely smooth transmission, vibration-free operation, and low noise levels.

Slip Clutch
An oil-immersed safety clutch provides reliable overload protection and extends the life of the gearbox and motor. It only requires adjustment after 20,000 slips.

Low-voltage control panel
Integrated panel manufactured and mounted in accordance with EN 60204-32. The control board is protected inside the lift's aluminum housing and sealed in a shock-resistant plastic casing with a rubber gasket, providing an IP55 protection rating.

Chain
The galvanized alloy steel chain, DAT class, offers high fatigue and wear resistance. Conforms to EN 818-7.

Electric Trolley
Two metal structures and three types of geared motors are available for the entire CLF range. Universal wheel profiles and easily adjustable widths are available for IPE, IPN, HEA, or HEB beams. Compact dimensions allow operation on curved rails. Sharpened gear teeth reduce noise.
